2. In-Store Purchases

All bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, accessories, and made-to-order items purchased in-store are considered final sale. Once an order is placed and a deposit is paid, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged, as each piece is ordered specifically for you.

We strongly encourage customers to review their measurements, order details and gown specifications carefully before confirming their purchase.

3. Online Purchases

If you make a purchase through our website, your rights under UK consumer law may apply as follows:

  • For non-custom, ready-to-ship items (e.g., veils, accessories, or sample sale items), you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

To start a return, please email emma@noraevebridal.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

4. Made-to-Order and Custom Items

Due to the personalised nature of made-to-order gowns and bespoke bridalwear, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun. This includes any dress that is ordered to your measurements or customised in any way.

We will always confirm measurements, order details and estimated delivery dates before proceeding to ensure complete clarity and satisfaction.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure all items meet our quality standards. In the rare case that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing emma@noraevebridal.co.uk with clear photos of the issue.

If the fault is verified, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Appointment Deposits & Cancellations

We kindly request that appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Appointment deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another booking if sufficient notice is given.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or provide notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

7. Sample Sale Purchases

All sample sale and discounted items are sold as seen and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We encourage brides to inspect all sample gowns carefully prior to purchase, as these may show minor signs of wear.

8. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
