If this dress is ‘The One’ you can purchase it online and it will be shipped first class within 7 days of payment. Online purchases can be returned within 14 days of purchase at the buyers expense. The dress must be returned unworn and in the original packaging and will incur a £150 restocking fee . We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item isnt returned in its original state or shows signs of wear and tear.

All dresses have a seam allowance and can be take in or out a size or two by a qualified bridal seamstress. Most dresses require alterations for the perfect fit. Our sample sale dresses are usually a little bigger than the stated size due to being tried on in store.

Most dresses will require dry cleaning.
